Channel Islands Hotel Awards Winners Announced 2017

Overall winner Bailiwick of Guernsey, Duke of Normandie Hotel

The winners of the third C.I. Travel Group Hotel Awards have been announced, with the Duke of Normandie Hotel and the Merton Hotel winning the overall awards in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Jersey respectively.

Working in association with the global ratings and review provider Feefo, the C.I. Travel Group Hotel Awards, now in their third year, are based on genuine customer feedback scores. Accommodation providers and clients are therefore safe in the knowledge that they have been selected by authentic feedback at a time when online review platforms are an increasingly valuable decision-making tool for holiday makers.

C.I. Travel Group, itself a Gold Trusted Feefo member, is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service ensuring their partners work to similar standards giving the best overall Channel Islands’ experience to grow tourism to the Islands.

For the awards, properties in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Jersey have been chosen in two categories: 5 & 4 star hotels and 3 & 2 star hotels. Winning hotels in their categories in the Bailiwick of Guernsey were the 4* Duke of Richmond Hotel and the 3* Duke of Normandie Hotel.

Shortlisted hotels in the Bailiwick of Guernsey were, The Peninsula Hotel, Sunnydene Country Hotel, St. Pierre Park Hotel and Fermain Valley Hotel.
